π©π Who Was Lauren Spierer?
Lauren Elizabeth Spierer was a 20-year-old Indiana University student from Scarsdale, New York, with a passion for fashion and a future full of promise. Petite, bright, and vivacious, Lauren had come to Bloomington, Indiana, to study textile merchandising and experience college life. But on June 3, 2011, a typical night out with friends turned into one of the most perplexing unsolved mysteries in the United States.
π°️ Timeline: The Night Lauren Disappeared
Lauren’s final known movements spanned a few short hours but have left a trail of unanswered questions that still haunt investigators, her family, and the public.
- 12:30 a.m. – Leaves her apartment with friend David Rohn.
- 1:46 a.m. – Caught on surveillance entering Kilroy’s Sports Bar with Corey Rossman.

- 2:48 a.m. – Last seen on security footage stumbling toward an alley with Rossman.
- 3:30 a.m. – Leaves Corey’s apartment; Mike Beth calls Jay Rosenbaum for help.
- 4:30 a.m. – Rosenbaum claims he last saw Lauren walking alone toward her apartment.
She never made it home. Her purse and keys were found discarded in the alley. Her body, her voice, and her presence vanished from the earth.
π Who Was There That Night?
Several people were with Lauren the night she vanished:
- Corey Rossman – Partied with Lauren, escorted her home, and was punched during an altercation. Claims memory loss.
- Michael Beth – Rossman’s roommate who put him to bed and passed Lauren to Jay.
- Jay Rosenbaum – The last person known to see Lauren. Says she left around 4:30 a.m.
- Jesse Wolff – Lauren’s boyfriend, not out that night. Reported her missing the next morning.
Each has been considered a person of interest but none have been charged.
